We have expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based modalities, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I can direct bill to a wide variety of benefits plans and insurance companies. I also offer direct billing to NIHB.
